Hi, I’m Ellie! A cosy gamer in my forties who grew up with the SNES, PlayStation, and Nintendo consoles, and found my way back to gaming in a big way after turning 40. These days I play on the Switch, Steam Deck, and PC, and I’m most at home with games that are calm, cosy, and easy to sink into.
I started Cosy Gaming Over 40 because cosy gaming has become a huge part of my life, and I wanted a place to share recommendations, simple setups that make gaming feel relaxing, and honest thoughts on what it’s like to be a gamer over 40.
